our company backgroundWeb International English was established in 1998 with the aim of “providing Chinese people with a better and more effective way of learning English.”To do this we created a unique “Three-Stage Multi-Discipline Learning Method” and combined it with one of the world’s most advanced courseware providers. Web was immediately successful and has gone on to establish nearly 30 centers across China, in such cities as: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Dalian, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wuxi, Nanjing, Shenyang, Urumqi, Suzhou, Changzhou, Wenzhou, Xiamen, etc. The key idea behind the entire Web system is our teaching of language as a skill. To do this Web uses world-class proven multimedia courseware and combines this with highly qualified foreign teachers to provide the students with a complete learning environment. The student has the best of both worlds with detailed computer work being complemented with a natural English environment, with teachers from many different English-speaking countries. At Web International we have a number of very structured learning programs, tailored to help every kind of student. There are 8 levels in total, ranging from the two absolute beginner levels (Ice-Breaker & Threshold) to Beginner, Lower Intermediate, and Intermediate and finally of course up to Advanced. Web also offers two Business English courses that are specifically designed for English in the workplace.
